1. Continuing with your iPod with the iPL, plug your ipod to your computer and create a folder in the root. Name it "PSGrade" or anything.
2. Put the modified ".ipod" that you downloaded in that newly created folder.
3. Now go to the root folder and look for the "config.cfg" file that you created using the first guide given above.
4. Right click the "config.cfg"
5. Click "Open With"
6. Use notepad or wordpad as your "open with" program
**Crucial Part**
7. You will then see this:
Apple OS @ ramimg
Rockbox @ (hd0,1)/.rockbox/rockbox.ipod
Disk Mode @ diskmode
Sleep @ standby
PSGroove @ (hd0,1)/PSGroove/rockbox.ipod
Add this line at the end of the text (without the quotation marks):
"PSGrade @ (hd0,1)/PSGrade/rockbox.ipod"
So you'll have something like this:
Apple OS @ ramimg
Rockbox @ (hd0,1)/.rockbox/rockbox.ipod
Disk Mode @ diskmode
Sleep @ standby
PSGroove @ (hd0,1)/PSGroove/rockbox.ipod
PSGrade @ (hd0,1)/PSGrade/rockbox.ipod
Note: the first "PSGrade" is the name you'll read on the boot menu and the second "PSGrade" should be the folder name you created in step number 1.
8. Save the file
9. Unplug and check if the "PSGrade" option is visible to your boot menu.
