Complete step by step HTC EVO Root + PS3 Jailbreak guide!

I will try and simplify this as much as possible. There are so many guides out there for so many devices and it can get a bit confusing, or sometimes seem a bit incomplete. This is my first guide ever, so I will try and be as through as possible. If I missed something or if you have questions please let me know, thanks.

    Disclaimer:

    1) Do this at your own risk.
    2) I take NO responsibility for anything that may go wrong.
    3) PS3 Jailbreaking is for backing up games you actually own, amongst other things!
    4) I suggest you read this guide from start to finish before attempting to root your HTC EVO and Jailbreak your PS3.

This method has been tried and tested working 100%

    Things you will need:

Insert a different game other than the one previously installed and go to backup manager load game that was installed

    ALL DONE

    **Notes**

    Known bugs:

    * This will disable wi-fi until the original boot.img is flashed back. (confirmed)
    * This will also disable USB mass storage. (confirmed)

    A work around would be:

    - To restore that nandroid backup you made earlier in this guide (be warned that would remove the files from you droid that we worked so hard to put on there)
    - Make another nandroid backup of the current ROM and settings (this way you can go back and forth between them)

Myself personally I do not use wifi on my droid even prior to the ps3 jailbreak, also it's a pain, but I remove my SD card from phone and place in a card reader read/write files and then replace card back.

This Guide was written and compiled by buddatech!

Huge thanks to all that made this possible!!
