If you work with multiple remote desktop connections simultaneously, heres a software thatll make your life easier. RDCMan (Remote Desktop Connection Manager) is a tool from Microsoft that will let you easily connect and manage several remote desktop sessions at once. This can be a useful tool for network administrators as well as for software developers who need to deploy and test applications on multiple machines. RDCMan is a small download which is sized around ~750KB and the app is distributed as freeware. I havent had a lot of time to test drive this app but it looked like a solid piece of software with no showstopper bugs during the short period of time I used it.

First thing you ll want to do after installing RDCMan would be to create and save a new group. You can do this through the File menu. Then you can start adding servers to the group create sub groups etc. The interface is not the most user friendly but since the app is not targeted at novice users, this wouldnt be too much of a problem.
Download
You can download this software free from Microsoft Download Center. If you use a relatively older operating system such as Windows XP or Windows 2003 you ll need to obtain version 6 or newer of the Remote Desktop Connection client software.
